At SJUMO, we stand behind the quality of our products and are sure it will elevate your sleep experience and that after your first ultra-soft night, you won’t want anything else. To experience our quality, take the bedding out of the box, but only unfold it if you are sure you want to keep it.
As long as the bedding is in its original packaging, not unfolded, unused, and in the same condition as when you received, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund or store credit.

Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from SJUMO within 14 days of delivery. You can return the product as long as it is in its original packaging, not unfolded, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, send us an email at hello@sjumo.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, supporting photos.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Please note: The return shipment must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return approval.
Once we have received the returned product, it will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 days. It may take a few days for the amount to be credited to your account.
Return shipping costs
During the return request you will be able to buy a return label for the return shipment. If this is not possible, you will receive further return instructions. For processing returns, we charge a fee of €6,95, which will be charged during your return request.
If the return is due to an error on our part, for instance when the product being damaged, defective, or arriving in the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Would you like a different product or accidentally ordered the wrong size? You can return the product as long as it is in its original packaging, not unfolded, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Send us an email at hello@sjumo.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, supporting photos. SJUMO will provide a return label and cover the return shipping costs.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive store credit to place a new order.
Non-returnable products
All returns must meet the following conditions; otherwise, the products cannot be returned:
- Unused, unwashed, and unwrapped: The product must be in its original, immaculate condition as received. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, unfolded, or altered.
- Damage-free: The product must show no visible signs of wear or damage, unless it was received in a clearly damaged state.
Possible exceptions
At SJUMO, your satisfaction (and good night’s sleep) is our top priority. Therefore, we are happy to consider possible exceptions based on individual circumstances. Refunds
Once we have received the returned product, it will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on the payment processor and/or bank, it may take a few days for the credit to be processed.
Changes to the return policy
SJUMO reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
