Yes, our bedding is hypoallergenic, making it perfect for people with a sensitive skin. We do also recommend regular washing according to our care guide.
What sizes of bedding does SJUMO offer?
SJUMO offers duvet covers and fitted sheets in a variety of sizes, including Single, Double, King, and Super King Size. Below you can find a helpful guide for the sizes we offer:
Duvet Covers
- 140 cm x 220 cm - Standard Single duvet cover

All SJUMO duvet covers include a 40cm tuck-in flap on one side, allowing them to be securely tucked under the mattress or topper. You can also fold this flap back inside the duvet cover, allowing the duvet to lay freely on your mattress.

Care
How do I wash my SJUMO bedding?
We recommend washing your bedding at 40°C with a mild liquid detergent, do not use fabric softeners and bleach. Ideally, let it air dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer.
For longevity and to minimize environmental impact, we advise washing at 40°C. However, for hygiene purposes, washing at 60°C is also possible.
Which detergent should I use?
Use a liquid, mild detergent without chlorine or (oxygen) bleach to protect the fabric and its colors.
Can I iron my SJUMO bedding?
Ironing is neither necessary nor possible. After washing, the bedding remains wrinkle-free, allowing you to enjoy a perfectly made bed right away.
Can I tumble dry my SJUMO bedding?
Yes, opt for a low-temperature and short program. Air drying is the best option for quality and the environment.
How long does SJUMO bedding last?
With proper care, our bedding will last for years, retaining its vibrant colors even after frequent washing.
How often should I wash my bedding?
A clean bed is the ultimate comfort! We recommend washing your bedding at least once a week. Tip: For an extra fresh feeling, consider ordering additional pillowcases so you can swap them more frequently without washing the entire bedding set.
How often should I wash my pillowcases?
It’s important to wash your pillowcases regularly, at least once a week. Tip: Replace your pillowcases without washing your entire bedding set by ordering extra pillowcases for fresh nights anytime!
What material is used for SJUMO packaging?
We ship your order in recycled cardboard, and the packaging for our duvet covers and fitted sheets doubles as a reusable bag. For hygiene reasons, our products are packaged in polypropylene (PP), a durable and fully recyclable plastic with a low environmental impact.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Orders of €50,- or more qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders under €50,- the shipping fee is €6.95.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day, unless stated otherwise. Orders placed before 9:30 PM are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking code once your package is on its way.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
The estimated delivery time for pre-orders is mentioned on the product page.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery takes 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location or unexpected courier delays.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
If you’re not home, your package will be delivered to a nearby pick-up point.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we ship to all countries within Europe.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
We’ll do our best to update the delivery address if possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sjumo.com.
What should I do if my order is incomplete?
Is something missing from your order? Please contact us at hello@sjumo.com, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is SJUMO’s return policy?
You can return unopened and not unfolded bedding in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or store credit. Click here for the full refund policy.
How can I return a product?
Not satisfied or ordered the wrong size? Contact our customer service within 14 days at hello@sjumo.com. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, you can exchange by returning the product and placing a new order with the store credit you receive. Contact us at hello@sjumo.com for assistance.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Our customer service team is here to help! Please contact us at hello@sjumo.com and include supporting photos if possible so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
What are the return costs?
The return costs are €6.95 and will be charged during your return request. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we will cover the return costs. For incorrectly delivered or damaged items, we will also reimburse the return costs.
When will I receive my refund after a return?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as your order hasn’t been confirmed. Send an email to hello@sjumo.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once confirmed, the order can no longer be canceled, but you can always return the package within 14 days.
